Loving Llama Wellness Retreat is located in Edna Valley—Central Coast wine country—a few minutes east of downtown San Luis Obispo. Nestled at the base of the valley’s northern foothills, the beauty, tranquility, views, and energy are unforgettable.
Are the llamas friendly? Can I interact with them?+
Yes. While our llamas appreciate some personal space, they are very comfortable around visitors and their presence uniquely enhances the wellness experience.
What type of yoga is offered?+
Classes are individually tailored to the desires and needs of participants. Everyone from first-timers to those with extensive experience is welcomed and accommodated.
What will I need for my visit?+
Yoga mats and blocks, towels, item storage, and drinking water are provided. Consider swimwear for the sauna and cold plunge.
Are longer visits possible?+
Yes. The Wellness Ranch offers attractive accommodation options. Please inquire for current availability.
How hot is the sauna?+
Our natural, handcrafted, traditional Scandinavian sauna is wood-fueled and reaches 140–190°F, as desired by participants.
