Voluntary participation

I voluntarily choose to participate in outdoor yoga classes, sauna, cold plunge, and being on a property with llamas and other animals.

Assumption of risk

I understand participation includes risks such as physical injury from yoga; heat-related risks from sauna; cold exposure risks from cold plunge; and risks associated with llamas and other animals, including unpredictable behavior. I accept full responsibility for these risks.

Health confirmation

I confirm that I am physically able to participate and have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe. I understand I should consult a physician if I have concerns.

Personal well-being

I agree to listen to my body, stay hydrated, and stop participating if I feel unwell.

Release of liability

I release and hold harmless Loving Llama Wellness, its owners, staff, instructors, and affiliates from liability, claims, or demands arising from my participation.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the business from claims resulting from my actions during participation.

Animals on property

I understand llamas and other animals may be present and interaction may involve risks. I agree to interact with them at my own risk.

Media release · optional

Guests may consent to photos or videos being taken and used for promotional purposes.

By signing, I confirm I have read and understand this waiver, agree to its terms, and am at least 18 years old or have guardian consent. A parent or guardian must consent for participating minors.
